BRIGHT ADONAI (PhD)

Rev. Bright Adonai holds PhD in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from Charisma
University-UK and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK).
He holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
He further holds a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting and a Diploma in Education from the
University of Education, Winneba.
He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Ho Technical University.
Rev. Bright Adonai, PhD began his career at the Ho Technical University in 2009 as a Teaching
Assistant and a substantive Lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba in 2021. His love for
Entrepreneurship and the desire to see well-built communities spring in the Volta Region drove him
to start Adonai Estate Limited in 2014.
He founded Adonai Estate Limited in 2014; the leading real estate company in the Volta Region.
He also founded the Volta Regional Association of Real Estate Developers in 2022.
Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai established the Adonai University College of Research and Entrepreneurship
in 2022 for his love to train and empower more youth to acquire entrepreneurial skills. He is the first
Rector of the University College.

He is a Reverend Minister at the Healing Jesus Mission International, Hodzo-Wayanu branch
(Airport Golf City) and happily married.

In 2023, Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai received the following distinguished awards:

i. Humanitarian and Entrepreneurship Award by the Word and Spirit Divinity College and
Theological Seminary, West Africa

ii. Recognition of Outstanding Accommodation Solutions by the University of Professional
Studies, Accra

iii. Ghana’s Most Respected CEO –Volta Regional Category by the Ghana Industry CEO Awards
